‘Infinitas‘ by Sue Brelade
I named this sculpture ‘Infinitas’ which in Latin means ‘endless’, boundless’ and from which we get the word ‘infinity’. The figure is caught in a moment in time that is boundless. She is gazing into the infinite, a gaze that does not change or vary – just as she does not change or vary with the passing of time.
